The Delta State Police Command has arrested a motorcycle rider, identified as Kelvin Ogaga, for allegedly kidnapping a three-year-old child he was employed to transport to and from school and collecting a N500,000 ransom from the victim’s family. The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) has declared a total and comprehensive two-week warning strike across all public universities in Nigeria. The National President of ASUU, Professor Chris Piwuna, announced the decision during a press conference held on Sunday at the University of Abuja.
