Popular Nigerian content creators Peller and Jarvis have announced that they are expecting their first child together.

The couple shared the news on Instagram on Thursday, posting photographs of themselves showcasing Jarvis’ baby bump.

In the pictures, the couple were dressed in matching white outfits as they posed together against the backdrop of the ocean on a beach.

Sharing the news, Jarvis described the pregnancy as the fulfilment of their prayers and a new chapter in their relationship.

She said their journey had been marked by laughter, tears, prayers and growth, adding that God had continued to shape their story.

“From two people who once had no idea where this journey would take us… to husband and wife, and now soon to be parents.

“A little piece of our love is coming into this world. Our greatest blessing. Our answered prayer,” she wrote.

The announcement comes months after the TikTok stars got married in a civil ceremony in Lagos on July 29.

Following their wedding, the couple came under public scrutiny after some fans speculated that Jarvis was pregnant, citing changes in her appearance.

Peller and Jarvis initially dismissed the speculation, with the couple attributing her weight gain to late-night meals.

The latest announcement has now confirmed the pregnancy, with fans and followers flooding their social media pages with congratulatory messages.
