The Interior Ministry spokesman, Abdul Mateen Qaniee, made this known on Tuesday.Qaniee said women and children were among them, adding that another five suffered injuries. According to him, the families had gone for a picnic in Kojar village in Pushtkoh district, adding that they were climbing a mountain when heavy rain and hailstorms hit them. Justice Rahman Oshodi sentenced Shina after he pleaded guilty to an amended one-count charge of attempted sexual assault.
