The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has sued President Bola Tinubu for not prosecuting contractors who allegedly took N167 billion from 31 government agencies without completing any projects. The Attorney General, Mr. Lateef Fagbemi, and the Minister of Finance, Mr. Olawale Edun, were also joined in the suit.
