At least six people have been killed and nearly 60 others abducted in a series of violent raids across rural communities in Katsina State, northern Nigeria, as insecurity continues to escalate in the region. Canada has filed a complaint with the World Trade Organization, WTO, regarding the high tariffs on car imports imposed by U.S. President Donald Trump, the global trade organization announced on Monday. “Canada has requested WTO dispute consultations with the United States concerning US measures imposing a 25 percent duty on automobiles and automobile parts from Canada,” the organization said.
