The Rivers State governor, Siminialayi Fubara, has presented the state’s 2025 Appropriation Bill of 1.19tn to the Victor Oko-Jumbo-led House of Assembly. The Warri Refining and Petrochemicals Company (WRPC) has commenced operations. The Group Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, NNPCL, Mele Kyari, disclosed this during a tour of the 125,000 barrels per day facility on Monday.
