At Burger King Nigeria, Bukunolami managed operations across 15 outlets, introducing process improvements that boosted sales and enhanced customer experience. While at Quality Food Africa, she developed and implemented structured training programs and talent development frameworks that empowered frontline staff and strengthened operational consistency.
