Bisola Kola-Daisi, the eldest child of the late former governor of Oyo State, Abiola Ajimobi, has passed away at the age of 42.
Mrs. Kola-Daisi passed away in the United Kingdom, as confirmed in an announcement on Thursday. It is reported that she died after a brief illness.
Her husband shared a tribute on social media, saying, “The world has lost a shining star. Bisola was not only my wife but my partner in everything. Her spirit will continue to live on through our children.”
At the time of her death, she served as a Special Adviser to the Minister of Budget and Planning, Atiku Bagudu.
She was also the Managing Director of Grandex Nigeria Ltd., a prominent FMCG retail and wholesale company established in 1984.
