Grammy-winning Nigerian singer Burna Boy has taken delivery of a one-of-a-kind custom Venuum Widebody Bugatti Chiron, reportedly worth more than N9 billion, adding another luxury automobile to his impressive collection.

The bespoke hypercar was unveiled on Saturday by Dubai-based luxury vehicle modification company Venuum, which shared photos of the car on Instagram alongside a birthday message to the Afrobeats star.

“Happy birthday, Burna Boy! Today we’ve made your dream a reality — a one-of-a-kind Bugatti Chiron VXX Special Edition just for you. It’s a masterpiece that is sure to make waves around the world. Sending you a big hug from the Venuum family,” the company wrote.

The luxury vehicle was reportedly commissioned by the singer as part of his 35th birthday celebration, fulfilling a wish he had previously hinted at on social media.

Months earlier, Burna Boy had revealed his desire for “a Bugatti Venuum Chiron, something one of one, diamonds on the car and the key holder,” sparking speculation among fans that the unique project was already underway.

According to Venuum, the car is the world’s first Widebody Bugatti Chiron and was specially designed as a one-off project for a valued member of the company’s family. The firm had announced in May 2026 that it was building the exclusive vehicle for a globally successful client, whose identity has now been confirmed as Burna Boy.

The customised Bugatti is believed to be one of the most expensive privately owned vehicles in West Africa and further strengthens the singer’s reputation for acquiring rare luxury automobiles.

The latest acquisition comes just days after Burna Boy celebrated his 35th birthday on July 2 and delivered a headline performance at Afro Nation Portugal in Portimão on July 3. During the performance, he entertained fans with hit songs including Ye and Bundle By Bundle, while also reflecting emotionally on his upbringing in Port Harcourt and remembering childhood friends who did not live to witness his success.

News of the luxury purchase quickly generated widespread reactions on social media, with fans praising the singer’s latest addition. Many described the custom-built Bugatti as a symbol of Burna Boy’s continued global success and growing influence in the entertainment industry.

The Bugatti joins an enviable collection of high-end vehicles owned by the Afrobeats star, including the Lamborghini Revuelto and the Rolls-Royce Spectre, underscoring his long-standing passion for luxury automobiles.

With the latest acquisition, Burna Boy further cements his status as one of Africa’s biggest music stars, both for his global achievements and his lavish lifestyle.
