The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has announced the prices for its Nomination and Expression of Interest forms for the upcoming Anambra Governorship election. The Nomination form is set at N35 million, while the Expression of Interest form will cost N5 million.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has scheduled the Anambra State governorship election for Saturday, November 8, 2025.
The All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA, is the ruling party and is expected to field incumbent, Dr. Charles Chukwuma Soludo, as its candidate.
In a letter sent to the Anambra State Chapter Chairman, Chidi Chidebe, the PDP National Secretary, Sunday Ude-Okoye, and other members of the National Working Committee, the PDP outlined its election timetable.
This document, according to a report by The Punch newspaper, was dated February 13 and signed by the PDP National Organizing Secretary, Umar Bature.
The timetable specifies that the sales of the Nomination and Expression of Interest forms will commence on February 24 and close in March, with the final date for form submission set for March 7.
