A Warri-based traditional titleholder and contractor to an oil community development agency, Chief Adawilliams Koma Oritserenojo has gone into hiding after allegedly molesting a teenage boy who visited him for help.
The incident, according to various sources, occurred, on Thursday when the unsuspecting child visited the flamboyant Itsekiri chief in his home in the oil city.
The fatherless boy (names withheld)reportedly, whose mother is physically challenged, visited Chief Oritserenojor to pick up gift items, including clothing, promised by the benefactor.
However, unknown to him, the man had laced a meal with a drug suspected to be Indian hemp, which he compelled the child to eat before giving him the items.
“The child did not want to eat, he just wanted to pick up the items and go home, but the man insisted and compelled him to eat the food, after which the boy lost consciousness,” a source familiar with the matter told our reporter.
A social media influencer, Israel Joe, who visited the boy at the St Melvin Hospital, said after the boy collapsed the chief went ahead to sodomise him many times till the boy collapsed and was bleeding profusely from his anus.
He said, “He was too weak to shout and the pains he felt as blood and faeces rushed out of his anus. He later woke up to the sight of his deaf and dumb mother cleaning blood from the bed of the hospital,” Israel added.
It was gathered that Chief Oritserenejor is currently on the run.
“He initially tried to silence the matter by inducing the boy’s uncle with the sum of N80,000. But members of the society who saw the damage he did to the boy later raised the alarm, which led to the man fleeing the city,” one source.
Meanwhile, there are concerns about the victim’s physical and mental health following the ordeal.
