England and Arsenal star Bukayo Saka is officially engaged to his longtime girlfriend, Tolami Benson, after a romantic proposal at a luxury hotel in London. The couple, both in their early twenties and age mates, have been together for five years.
Sources say Saka pulled out all the stops to create a memorable moment. He reportedly chose an “absolutely enormous” engagement ring and planned a special evening at the high-end venue before asking Tolami to marry him. Insiders added that she was completely surprised by the gesture.
Saka and Tolami began dating in 2020 but kept their relationship private until they were first spotted together during the 2022 World Cup in Doha, where she cheered him on alongside other England WAGs.
She also showed her support during Euro 2024, donning a jacket with the number 87 — a nod to Saka’s first Arsenal squad number. Their relationship became more public earlier this year when they shared a pitch-side kiss after England’s goalless draw with Slovenia in June.
The engagement marks a major milestone for the couple, who have carefully maintained a low-profile relationship while supporting each other through Saka’s rise to football stardom.
