MOSIEND urged the federal government to ensure that the SSDC is adequately funded and empowered to fulfill its mandate effectively.

The organization also emphasized the importance of transparent governance, accountability, and collective effort from all stakeholders to ensure the commission’s success.

MOSIEND expressed its appreciation for President Tinubu’s and the National Assembly’s commitment to the South-South region’s progress and looks forward to collaborating with the administration to ensure the SSDC achieves its objectives.
